Lately the trend on interior flooring has gone to more upscale effects including the use of high end stone. Since the market has dictated the use of these expensive and sometimes cost prohibitive items, many tile manufacturers have begun to replicate these natural products. Thus far these tiles have proven to be hugely popular while falling extremely short on the appearance versus the real stone.

Synthetic stone overlays have emerged from the decorative concrete industry which is largely associated with outdoor work. Products, such as the texturing for plain Concrete have been used for years to resurface existing patios, walkways, pool decks and garage floors are now considered the hot ticket for interior flooring The versatility of Decorative texture coatings used to replicate slate, tile, flagstone, travertine, marble and nearly any other surface imaginable combined with the extreme wear-ability required for exterior applications has made the products a viable answer for interior flooring.

Many restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets have been choosing the DCM Pure Texture product over such high maintenance items as VCT and tile with an increasing regularity. Antiqued and mottled natural appearances are not only easy to clean but require very little upkeep. This has been used in high traffic theme parks as an alternate to boring concrete.

Our decorative texture coatings have many advantages over tile, natural stone products and even decorative stamped concrete. Due to the ease of application most jobs can be completed in one or two days without tearing up yards or existing landscaping. In many cases interior floors can be installed over existing tiles to minimize hassles associated with tile removal. Our Pure Texture is a sealed product and maintains its stain resistant nature for years. Natural stone products and tiles are difficult to seal and nearly impossible to keep grout lines clean and bright. Also because the Pure Texture is nearly three times harder than concrete and is difficult to chip or damage. In extreme cases where damage does occur to a Pure Texture surface, it is far easier to repair than any other choice of flooring.

With a myriad of colors, patterns and textures, DCM's Pure Texture is the obvious choice for any flooring project whether interior or exterior.
